Description: The Protestant Reformation was a time of upheaval and dramatic change for the Roman Catholic Church and the emerging Protestant churches. Many church historians are arguing that the church today is facing a similar time of threats and opportunities. What does it mean to be called to be a leader in these days? Together, we will explore seven trends that are challenging us to be more thoughtful, more agile, more inventive, and ultimately, more faithful!
Speaker: Dr. Rev. Rodger Nishioka serves as the senior associate pastor at Village Presbyterian Church in Prairie Village, KS. Prior to his joining the ministry at Village, he served for 15 years as the Benton Professor of Christian Education at Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, GA.
