Adult Christian Education recognizes a lifetime of study, reflection, and conversation that still encourages further faith formation. We offer two adult education classes on Sunday mornings from September through May.
Bible study class
Using an interactive approach, the class works its way through various books of the Old and New Testaments, taking time to discuss and consider what scripture means and then applying it to everyday living. No biblical knowledge is needed and participants may join at any time. You can use your preferred Bible translation or use one of Covenant’s NRSV Bibles in the classroom. The Sunday Morning Bible Study Class meets in classroom W-4 on Sunday mornings at 9am.
Contemporary issues class
The Contemporary Issues Class engages contemporary topics from the Reformed faith understanding. This class will include outside speakers and may also be facilitated by the pastor, other church staff, or church members. The class meets in the fellowship hall on Sunday mornings at 8:40am.
