Des Moines Area Religious Council works with over 125 member congregations from four different faith traditions to provide important programs to feed, assist, and nurture the needs of people in our greater Des Moines Metro.
Covenant members not only donate money throughout the year but also collect and deliver non-perishable food items to the DMARC food pantry monthly. Each year the youth group helps stock the food pantry by sorting through donated items. Covenant donates money to provide emergency financial assistance for working poor families and/or families/individuals at risk of becoming homeless.
